A&H Savory Hot Dog Farfel Pilaf
Ingredients
1 package Abeles and Heymann hot dogs
1 medium onion
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp garlic
½ tsp onion powder
1 tbsp. ketchup
2 cups Matzo Farfel
Water or broth to cook farfel (as needed)
Olive Oil
 
Directions:
Sautee chopped onion in olive oil. Add matza farfel to pan and add water or broth to farfel, according to package directions. Add seasoning and ketchup. Slice hot dogs in small pieces and add to farfel. Cover pan and cook on low flame until water/broth is evaporated. Enjoy!
Grilling is something we do almost all Summer. I don't like heating up my home to cook dinner and love being outdoors. We have a nice big grill and I enjoy grilling healthy good for the family meals on it.

This cleanser is a very soft and gentle cleanser so it won't irritate your skin at all. After you have used the cleanser you will apply the toner with a cotton ball.  Once the toner dries gently smooth in the renewal serum, pat the eye creme around your eyes and then apply a thin layer of day or night creme. We live in such a busy world. Everyday is go, go, go. From one event to the next. From one sport to another. Between work, school, kids, pets and friends who has time to waste?  We multi-task and don't sleep enough and then we wake up needing a boost. Needing that perrrrfect cup of coffee.

The Odor Removing Spray is truly amazing. 

We have skunk issues, at least once a week a skunk will spray outside our home. The smell makes me sick to my stomach. Sometimes it will happen late at night when we are asleep, it of course wakes me up immediately. I keep a bottle of this spray next to my bed, just one to two sprays and the skunk smell is gone. Our house is old but all remodeled. We never replaced the wood flooring upstairs, just cleaned and added carpet and padding. Roasted Cauliflower is one of yummiest things ever. I make it at least once a week. You take a whole head of cauliflower, clean off the leaves and rinse well. Pat dry with a towel. I set mine into my cast iron pan, drizzle it with  Ancient Organics Ghee, salt and pepper, sometimes I use turmeric and salt instead. Cover the whole thing with foil and place in a 400 degrees oven for about an hour. I uncover it at the end for about 25-30 minutes to let the top get brown. After taking it out of the oven I add 1-2 tablespoons more of the ghee and slice. SO GOOD! If you have never tried cauliflower this way you should. It's excellent.

Twice a day I have been brushing my teeth with Oral Essentials Original Formula Toothpaste. 
The first time I tried it (at night) I honestly didn't like it. But knew I should really give it another try in the morning. When I woke up my teeth still felt so clean and smooth. I never felt that way with my old toothpaste so I knew even more that I had to give it another try. Again I didn't like the taste. I am very picky with the flavors of my toothpaste & texture. I didn't think any more into it the whole day, but did a few times think about how clean my teeth felt. I don't usually add a companies story into my review. I will put links to it or say a small bit but I felt in this review it was important to tell you how Oral Essentials came about. It helps you understand the products better...

​Oral Essentials is the product of two forward thinking doctors who were fed up with the products available to them, their families, and their patients. Kourosh Maddahi, DDS, a best-selling author and pioneer of the subfield Anti-Aging Dentistry and internationally best selling book The Hidden Epidemics, was inspired by the study of an esteemed colleague, Hessam Nowzari, DDS, PhD, the youngest ever Director of Advanced Periodontics at USC. Once you pick the flavor you like you can purchase a tub. Each tub has 20 servings. I mix mine with 10 oz of cold water and a few ice cubes. You can mix it with any kind of milk you would like. But if you are trying to cut carbs or calories I would stick with water. I think it tastes perfect just the way I make it. In my shaker bottle I shake it up with each sip, delicious.

​I have to admit this was not my favorite KetoKrate treat. It was good, don't get me wrong, but it was lacking on taste. The idea was there though. This is a really good, very low carb chocolate brownie made for kids.
