The Fuelshaker Pro is by far the coolest shaker bottle I have ever used. I have had so many shaker bottles in the past but I am now stuck on this Fuelshaker pro. What sets this apart from all the other bottles is that you can store your powders inside of it as well as store your water separately and then mix it together without any unscrewing.  Once the fueler is filled, screw on the clear cylinder and fill with water. Then attach the top for a leak proof tight fit.  The lid even has a screw tight cap that ensures your drink won't open or spill. It is super cool because there is a loop on the lid so you can hang the shaker from your bag or carry it by the loop and it will not bust apart like other brands. There's no need to worry it will fall because it is screwed on. If you are like me and use mulitple supps and powders then you will want to buy extra fuelers for your fuelshaker pro. The above Animal Mandalas is the coloring book I received. 
I think coloring is very relaxing (as long as I have good lightening) I can sit for hours coloring these beautiful prints. When done I hang them on my fridge like a child would. =) It makes me feel good to see them hanging up. My boyfriend thinks they are so pretty. Some prints have very small area's this can be time consuming but the end results is amazing.

Why are adult coloring books good for adults:

(something I read on CNN.com) According to the American Art Therapy Association, art therapy is a mental health profession in which the process of making and creating artwork is used to "explore feelings, reconcile emotional conflicts, foster self-awareness, manage behavior and addictions, develop social skills, improve reality orientation, reduce anxiety and increase self-esteem." So basically, it's similar to good old therapy.

Because Sacred Sea’s Oregon Coastal Albacore are younger, smaller fish, mercury is not a concern. In fact according to Oregon State Univ. Oregon coastal albacore contain 60% less mercury than typical canned tuna. From June to October of each year we harvest these younger fish, which range in size between 10 and 30 pounds. Because they are young, mercury accumulation is not of concern.

I love that this is a family owned business and when I purchase Sacred Seas Tuna I know I am supporting an excellent company that cares about their catch as well as their customers. With their On-Board Operations each fish is humanely dispatched the moment it is put aboard the boat. This eliminates the bruising and meat damage seen in conventionally handled albacore. The fish are immediately cleaned and they are flash frozen by brine immersion, which is the fastest most efficient method of freezing.

Each case contains 24, 6-ounce cans of Albacore Tuna Fish with nothing added but a pinch of sea salt. There is no waste, nothing to drain down the sink. The liquid in the can is from the fish and packed with omega 3’s! Mix it back into the meat, pour it over pasta or salad or, do like Captain Ricks family, and just drink it. I received a case of Sacred Sea Tuna to taste and review. Ever since I received this delicious tuna I have been eating it daily. I am counting calories and working hard to get back into shape so tuna is a perfect protein packed food that I can consume daily and not feel guilty about. Eating it daily has forced me to be creative and come up with new ways of incorporating it into my diet. I decided the other day for lunch I wanted to create a tuna wrap. I pealed back a can of Sacred Sea Tuna and grabbed some mixed veggies.

For the sauce we used 1 part BBQ sauce to one part coleslaw salad dressing and mixed them together. You can use a different flavor BBQ sauce every time to mix up your flavors. If you love a honey sauce you can choose that. If you like it tangy than use a tangy BBQ sauce. You can even use horseradish if you want to add a kick to your wrap.

We put the sauce, veggies and tuna into a bowl and mixed them together until the sauce coated all the ingredients. You can even add cheese if you like. I love cheese but as I said I am counting calories so I decided against it. This wrap is delicious. It is low in calories and packed full of protein. If you want to cut even more calories you can wrap it in lettuce leaf to get rid of the tortilla and cut carbs as well.

Sacred Seas Tuna has a fun family favorite recipe that is similar to this yet different. It has it's own twist. This Goche family favorite is Leah’s Tuna Quesadillas which was invented by their daughter Leah one particularly broke winter day. Make up some tuna salad however you like it but add some cumin and garlic salt. Spread some on half of a tortilla. Put some cheese on top of the tuna and fold it over. Fry the quesadilla on both sides in enough oil so the tortilla gets a little crispy. The Goche family eats these several times a week in place of tuna sandwiches ​Don’t be afraid to experiment with this meat. You will be astounded how versatile it is. We decided to make a lot of hummus all at once and freeze it in small portions. That way when we want more we can just pop a bag out of the freezer and it will thaw quickly to snack on. Hummus can stay frozen for at least four weeks. You can keep it frozen longer but the consistency may change so we made enough for 4 weeks and made enough to give away to a few family members.

Before you begin the process of making your hummus you need to soak your beans over night. Make sure you add plenty of water.....your beans will swell so also make sure you are using a large enough bowl so they don't spill out once swollen. Once they have soaked over night you want to rinse your beans well. Get them all nice and clean!!

Now that your beans are clean put them into a pot on the stove with plenty of water.Palouse Brand Hummus bags have the exact measurements you will need so it's super simple. I made big batches so I multiplied the recipe on the back of the bag according to the amount of beans I used in each batch.

Palouse Brand Hummus Kits include all the spices you need to make your scrumptious hummus. All you need to do is get out your olive oil so you can add the required amount to the sesame seeds. You want to blend the sesame seeds and olive oil in your food processor until seeds are moist. Once I blended my oil and seed mixture I poured it into cups so I could measure it out for each of the batches I was making. Next I poured my beans into the food processor, added the required amount of water, added my oil/seed mix and blended until it became the consistency I prefer. The last step is to add the spices into your hummus. The back of the bag will also tell you how much to add to your batch.

I LOVE my Jackpot Candles. I have never had a candle that held it's wonderful scent for this long. 
It's like I have non stop banana nut bread baking in my oven. I can even smell this candle from outside my house. I came home from work Friday and knew my boyfriend had it lite. The front yard smelled like banana bread. WONDERFUL! 
The wax burns down slowly. I burn it every night for about 3 hours. On the weekend I burned it apx. 5 hours. So far only about 1/4 of the way is gone. 
Then once your candle burns down some you get your Jackpot surprise. 
When ordering your candle you get to choose, necklace, ring or bracelet surprise. 
I choose a necklace. My pictures don't do justice for how beautiful this necklace is. 
You should of seen the smile on my face when I opened the foil package up. 

See my Jackpot surprise waiting for me. I was getting excited when I could see the greenish blue foil peaking out at me. I wanted to get my necklace out for review purposes so I used this plastic knife to fish it out. Normally I would just leave it till it was exposed.  After unwrapping the foil and opening the small bag inside I was SUPER EXCITED!
Remember these picture do NO justice for this necklace. It's beautiful. I have not taken it off since I got it. Three people have commented on how pretty it is. I love it, as much as I love my candle and it's wonderful scent. 

When you get your jewelry it has a code on it, you can look it up to see what it's worth. Mine says $30 to me it's worth a million dollars, since I love it so much. 
Really these pictures do nothing for it. 
It has a beautiful black chain (never seen a black chain before) the circle is filled with cute shiny something (not sure) but it's like it's pilled in there and it shimmers and shines when the light hits it. I love it, as you can see. To me it's absolutely beautiful.

​Bourbon Barrel Aged Syrup They age their traditional maple syrup in a bourbon barrel for 4 to 6 months. During this time, the syrup soaks in the flavor of the barrel, char, and left over bourbon.  This was their first specialty syrup and we're excited to share it with you! Oh, and it's kid friendly!

Rum Barrel Aged Syrup ​Similarly to the bourbon syrup, they aged traditional syrup in a rum barrel for 4 to 6 months. During this time, the syrup soaks in the flavors of the barrel, char, and left over rum.  You'll taste hints of vanilla in this. Plus it's kid friendly!

Smoked Syrup ​This is traditional syrup with a strong smell and taste of smoke. It is great for BBQ, wings, and mixed drinks! The smoking process is a secret but they can assure you that there is no fake flavoring added.

Ghosted Syrup ​ This is traditional syrup with a kick! They added handcrafted ghost pepper extract to our syrup.  This syrup would be perfect for making jerky or candied bacon. If you are a lover of spice then you must try this flavor of Wood's Syrup.

Verdena ​This is a maple balsamic reduction. The ingredients include port wine, maple syrup, bourbon, and of course a balsamic reduction. A little goes a long way and is great on steak as well as salmon.

When we tried the syrup on our waffles we looked at each other eyes wide and said "WOW!!!!" It really soaks in and gives your waffle an amazing taste mixed with flavors. I want to use this syrup on EVERYTHING!! We will be using it to make jerky and candied bacon for sure. This syrup is so delicious I want to buy it for gift baskets. It would be perfection in a breakfast basket for a family or a basket for your Dad, Uncle or brother. Indiana Pickle Company sent me four of their products. I received a jar of the Pickle Chips, Dragon Tails, Spicy Pickle Spears and Moonshine Pickles. Of the four that I received it is hard to choose a favorite but I find myself going back to the fridge to grab another Moonshine Pickle. As I look at what remains in the pickles jars I see that I am quickly and sadly running low on my Moonshine Pickles. Looking at that evidence I must conclude that the Indiana Pickle Co. Moonshine Pickles are my favorite. I need to figure out how to get more of these and fast. LOL The brine is so good I will be saving every drop of it and using it to add to recipes. I will even add other veggies and eggs into the jar to soaking up the sweet juices, I will not waste a drop.

Mustard Girl Sweet n Fancy Yellow was the first of its kind in the market of yellows before French's and #1 in kids favorite mustards! There is a mustard for everyone to enjoy, from sweet to mild to spicy all leaving you with a smile on your heart and tastebuds.  Directions: Preheat the oven to 350° F. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, 1.5 cans drained chopped artichoke hearts, Mustard Girl Mustard, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, garlic powder and finely cut parmesan cheese and place in 9 inch pie plate. Bake for 15 minutes take out and lightly coat top with ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese. Then put back on oven for 10 minutes or until lightly brown on top. Place remaining drained artichoke hearts as garnish for decoration. Serve with Croquettes or Tostito Scoops. Depending on how spicy one would like their artichoke dip, a few dashes of hot sauce may be added as well.

Usually drinks with no calories have a odd aftertaste to me. So I stay clear of them and just stick with what I know I like.
