I am really loving this Arbonne protein shake mix. To make this shake all you need to do is add 2 scoops to 9 oz. of cold water and shake vigorously. You can also mix it in milk if you choose. I use almond milk for my mix and it gives it a delicious creamy texture. This shake has a smooth chocolate or vanilla flavor. It does not taste chalky like most other protein shakes. It is the perfect boost after a tough workout or an excellent meal replacement. The chocolate mix satisfies my craving for sweet stuff and it's super filling too. You can purchase these in large bags, in cool single packets or even in a premixed, single serve ready to drink shake carton.
I must admit when I first made this little drink I was hesitant. I figured it was small enough so I might as well give it a go if it's truly as amazing as I've heard. I took a drink of it and was pleasantly surprised at it's flavor. It has a very light tea flavor.
