Excellent Homeopathic way to manange pain, strains & bruises
On the weekends my boyfriend and I always do something outdoors.
We like to ride dirt bikes, hike, explore areas in our state or swim at hike to waterfalls.
Last weekend we took our dirt bikes out. We were having tons of fun riding up and down trails and rocky areas.
The sun was getting lower so I knew sooner or later we needed to turn around and head back to the truck, but we kept going for a bit longer. I was in the front and ahead was a sharp turn with a hill. Since the sun was getting low it was about the same level as the hill making it hard for me to judge the turn once I got closer. Not sure what happened but I crashed, jumping off the dirt bike as it fell to the side. It all happened so fast I wasn't totally sure what I did or how it really happened. When my boyfriend came around the turn I had to jump up/move out of the way, Since the sun was in his eyes to he wasn't able to see me. Luckily once he turned & the sun was out of his eyes he noticed my dirt bike on its side and me sitting off to the side of the hill in pain. The handlebars must of hit my chest. I knew somehow I hit my chin, even with my helmet on and my knee was pretty banged up. After catching my breath and looking myself over for major injuries we kept on riding then sooner or later turned around to go back to the truck before the sun totally set.
On the ride back I knew something was wrong, It was getting harder to breath and the pain was intense. I should of stopped when I crashed bu really thought I was fine. We managed to get the dirt bikes loaded up, drove home, unloaded and a hot shower. As soon as I got out of the shower I remembered I had Zim's Max Arnica Homeopathic Roll-On. I rolled it all over the sore spots hoping it would give me some relief till I figured out if I should go to the ER or not. Within minutes my pain was less, I was able to move around more and not shed a tear. The roll-on was working wonders. I still knew there was something wrong and I had to get it looked it. So the next morning I took myself to urgent care to get x-rays. Sure enough I had very bruised and possibly cracked ribs. Since there was so much bruising/inflamation it was hard to see if they were broken or not. My breathing was pretty bad still at that point. They offered me pain pills since there is really nothing they can do for cracked ribs. Just time would heal them. I of course refused the pills knowing my Zim's Max Arnica Homeopathic Roll-On would do the trick.
