I liked these brownies so much and I am not a big sweets eater, that I forgot to take a picture of the end results. But believe me they were yummy. My boyfriend who usually will never eat anything gluten free, he says it all tastes gross, loved these. He said they were moist, flavorful and delicious. I have to agree with him.
This 22.4oz package makes a “family size”, 13″x9″ pan of brownies.
All you need to add is eggs, butter and water.
If you eat/cook gluten free you know that eggs and butter are both gluten free products.
So this mix and finished product is 100% gluten free.
After baked the bag makes about 22 brownies that are 152 calories each.
But 152 yummy calories, so well worth it =)
