Holiday Gift Giving Review ~ Newmans Own Review & Giveaway

Not only does Newmans Own have some excellent goodies but they also give ALL profits to Charity.
Over $450 million has been given to thousands of charities since 1982.

I have been very lucky to do quite a few reviews from Newmans Own over the last few years.
I love each and every product they send me and I buy many of their products at my local market.
Some of my favorites are,
Newman O's, Cranberry Walnut Salad Dressing & Organic Green Tea ( I take a cup iced to work every morning) and my all time favorite is the Orange Chocolate Chip Cookies, ow my these are the BEST!
Just sitting here writing this review I can taste them =)

Newman's Own has lots of different product, but not too many that it's overwhelming.
All are very good quality, some are All Natural & Organic.
Everything I have tried I like.
You can find Newman's Own products in your local market, they even have a Where-to-Buy on their site to help you find a store near you.
I have found that no matter what market I go to they have a selection of Newman's Own products. Usually in the health food isles but not always.
Keep your eye out and try something out, you will love it and so will your family.

FIG NEWMANS

Low Fat Fig Newman's are the BEST fig cookies I have ever had. They are so moist, the outside breading isn't dry at all and they have a wonderful not too sweet, just perfect fig taste.
I have always loved the taste of figs, even as a young girl. I remember begging my Mom to buy fig cookies when my brother was begging her to buy chocolate chip ones. I just love the taste and texture of them.
They are now my after dinner snack or in-between lunch and dinner snack with a cup of hot tea. Fig Newman's are the best brand of fig cookies I have ever had. I am not just saying that because I am doing this review, I am saying it because it's 100% true.
They would be excellent set out on a tray during your holiday parties.

These cookies come in LOW FAT & FAT FREE
they taste the same to me, one is just less calories. But looking those calories does't affect the taste at all.

Fig Newmans also come in Strawberry, not my favorite but they are good. I came home and my boyfriend had ate the whole bag, so I guess they were his favorite!

I have not tried these but think I will pick some up. Anything dairy free is always better for me.

Crème Filled Chocolate Cookies Made With Organic Flour And Organic Sugar -

My boyfriend loved that other cookie brand like this... I get them for him from time to time and he sits around with a glass of milk dunking them and eating them. I have had maybe 2 in 5 years. I think they are gross and hard. Since I don't drink milk I don't dunk mine.... THEN along comes Newman-O's and now i'm addicted, Thanks Newmans!
These are so yummy, I don't even use milk, the chocolaty shell is just the perfect consistency, not too crunchy and not too soft. The creamy white filling is to die for. I just LOVE these and yes again my boyfriend ate the whole bag, but this time in 2 days. I got a total of 3. So I went to my store and bought more lol but he only gets 4 a day. It's only fair, right? =)

My boyfriend told me I had to mention that he too thinks the
Newman-O's are SO MUCH BETTER
then that other brand of cookies. He said he only wants these for now on.
He is a cookie monster so if he likes them, trust me you will.

Organic Pretzel Sticks
These are good. I have them as a snack when I don't have the Fig Newmans.

If you read the back of the package of what's in these, you will be very impressed. They are organic, yummy and a great snack for kids lunches, putting out at your next holiday gathering or just anytime you need something good to eat.
Not too salty or dry.
Just a good slight salt snack.

The Newmans Pretzels come in a wide variety of flavors and some with and without salt. This is the first set of sticks I have had. We buy the rods from time to time. They are perfect for a hiking snack.

This is the ingredients list: Organic Unbleached Wheat Flour, Organic Rye Flour, Organic Brown Rice Syrup, Organic Sunflower Oil, Organic Barley Malt, Yeast, Salt and Soda. (in the salted pretzel sticks)

I am not a big sweets eater. But when I do eat something sweet I prefer licorice.
My favorite is black licorice.
Newmans Licorice Twists come in 3 regular flavors and 4 sour flavors.

STRAWBERRY, POMEGRANATE and BLACK Licorice Twists are the plain flavors. ALL are really good and are made with Organic Sugar.

SOUR APPLE, SOUR CHERRY, SOUR MANGO & SOUR STRAWBERRY are all the sour flavors. I have only tried the sour cherry, I didn't like it, but then I don't like sour candies. My boyfriend again ate the whole bag in one setting. He has bought Newmans Sour Apple twists a few times. He says they are the BEST!

Newmans Own doesn't just sell treats, food and beverages for humans they also have great treats and food for cats and dogs. My lucky girls, Jacky and Molly got to once again try some goodies from Newmans Own. They were some happy dogs. Even Duncan our big orange cat ate some of the dog treats (he thinks he is part dog).

Newmans also has11 different canned dog foods, in larger or smaller cans. My doggies love it. Our dachshund Molly is very picky, but she was very happy with both Newmans Dry and Wet dog foods.

Jacky looks like a crazy dog in this picture & super skinny body with a big head. She isn't that way, she is my adorable black shih tzu.

The treats were of course my girls favorite in their box. Newmans sent my doggies their own box, they were super excited when they realized it was just for them.
Reward your best friend with dog treats made with high quality ingredients. Tempt them into good behavior with one of our biscuits, sticks, or jerky.
The sticks and heart shaped biscuits were their favorites.

Molly loves her Newmans Adult Dog Food. As you can see she choose it over her regular dog food. She ate the whole bowl, didn't share even a bite with Jacky.

There is nothing from Newmans Own that I haven't liked. Even when I don't really like it that is more that I am picky and don't like some flavors (like strawberry). Every store I shop at has something Newmans Own for me to buy. When I have the choice of Newmans Own and another brand I always pick Newmans Own. It's always good and so much better for you, in my opinion.
Next time your grocery shopping, especially for things to put out during the Holidays and dinner parties keep your eye out for Newmans Own. You won't be disappointed.
