It works excellent and fast. I have been using mine every other day and my feet look wonderful. Before I had so much dry skin on my heels. Plus one small crack, I was worried at first that this would be painful.
But I was wrong, it wasn't.
I just sit on my ToiletTree Bamboo Bench in my shower and use the Callus Remover all over the back of my heel, sides of my foot and under my heel. It takes the rough skin off fast, just make sure you do this somewhere you don't mind the residue falling on. That is why I choose my shower. That way I can just rinse it away. After just the first use you will see huge results. Your feet will feel silky smooth. After I was done, I washed my feet with soap and water and applied some foot lotion. I was very impressed with the softness I got.
Before I would just use a lotion and I still had rough heels, now they are silky smooth.
Since the neck of this unit is flexible it allows it glides easily over your foot and helps make everything even and smooth. I like this part of the design.
