Some of you may remember last year when I had hand surgery... I will never forget that day, week, month, heck. I still remember it all today, my hand still hurts... mainly my thumb, it's always sore, 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Not half as sore as it was before surgery and I can actually use it, before surgery it was unless. But now just sore... Not so much anymore. I've been taking another wonderful product from NeoCell and like all NeoCell products, it works. 
No more pain. Not just in my hand, but anywhere in my body. I honestly feel so much better in general. 
All those before aches in my knees, legs, hips, hand and wrists are now gone. 
It's like each time I take a pill i'm swallowing a small piece of padding (of course your not) but that's the way I feel. This product is great. If you have aches and pains and need 
joint flexibility, range of motion, and a healthy inflammatory response help
this is the product for you. 

NeoCell - Natural Supplements

The only downside I have with this product is you have to take 5 pills per day. The pills are average size, see the image above. They go down easy with just a cup of water. But 5 pills is a lot. I take 3 in the morning and 2 at dinner. It's my only way of remembering to take them all. You do receive a 30 day supply per bottle.

​I was able to try the WONDERFUL body wash from SoapBox in the scent of COCONUT. Oh, my is it nice, it's like taking a shower with the softest body wash ever, your skin will thank you after using this just once. Plus the smell is AMAZING. PGI is less strict and certifies that one stage of the process occurred in a specific region. Third party authorities constantly monitor these certifications.

​ How do you cook with Extra Virgin Olive Oil? Experiment with different oils for different occasions. Use delicate oils for salad dressings or as a condiment over mild foods, like vegetables, fish, eggs or potatoes. Pair robust oils with hearty foods that can stand up to the intense flavor, like steak or spicy soup. With a high smoking point of 400°F extra virgin olive oil is suitable for cooking and can enhance any dish by drizzling on as a finisher. Store oil in a dark cool pantry away from heat and light, which causes decay. 57°F is the best temperature for storing and beware not to store your oil next to the stove. Make sure the cap is screwed on tight after each use to protect it from air. To ensure freshness, consume oil within 6 months from opening.

​Almost 11 years ago the Dutch investigative reporter Teun (Tony) van de Keuken launched an investigation about the use of slavery within the cocoa industry on his consumer report show Keuringsdienst van Waarde. By eating chocolate, he was complicit in slavery. But the public prosecutor wouldn’t prosecute him. Teun didn’t give up and went looking for witnesses; victims of chocolate consumption. He found 4 boys who had worked as slaves on a cocoa farm in Ivory Coast. They provided evidence against Teun and the 2,136 other chocolate consumers who in the meantime had joined Teun in his stride. On November 29th 2005, still awaiting the judge’s decision, Teun decided to lead by example and make 5,000 Fairtrade chocolate bars. Tony’s Chocolonely was born.

I have eaten a ton of chocolate in my life and my eyes have been completely closed to the facts. I had never considered where my chocolate came from or who was behind the creation of it.  Now that I have discovered Tony's Chocolonely I have my eyes wide open to what I had been supporting in the past.  Now that I am aware of the fact that big companies are keeping children enslaved and away from their families I can't go back to feeding that beast by purchasing those products.

You can even spread this gel across minor cuts, scrapes and burns to prevent infection.  I have been putting this on my kids scrapped elbows and knees and it really works.
