In my quest to do better for myself and find easier ways to make my body healthy I found
Garden of Life. As some of you may know I have been dealing with some major health issues for the past 5 years, my biggest is thyroid cancer & migraines. Since my cancer diagnosis I have concentrated on doing better for my body and getting healthy. Now I only seem to have one when I don't stick to my new eating lifestyle.
